Laura Legg Laura is a native of Greenbrier County. She has an Associates in Information Administration and a Bachelors in Management/Business Administration from Glenville State College. Laura has 14 years of supervision and mangement experience and 10 years experience in the mental health field. Laura is the Case Manger for the Day Report Center. |

Leslie D Beard Leslie is also a native of Greenbrier County. She has a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Marshall University and is a certified Addictions Counselor with 22 years working experience in that field. Leslie resides in Maxwelton with her 2 teenage sons. Leslie is the Program Coordinator for the Day Report Center

| Steven Collins is the Regional Executive Director of the program. He is based in Mercer County and divides his time between all the Day Report Centers in Southern West Virginia. | ||
| William Jessee is the Director of the Day Report Centers. He is also based in Mercer County and travels to the different Day Report Centers. | This program encompasses Home Incarceration. Greenbrier County has two Home Incarceration Deputies. They are Ken Dixon (pictured) and Doug Sarver. | |
